Hong Kong (SME) Economic and Trade Promotional Association is made up of a group of businessmen and professionals who are interested in the development of SMEs .With the active participation and efforts of its members, the support of business leaders, major associations, community leaders and Government departments, the association was of cially established on March 1st, 2004.
We work to promote and assist the development of the local economy and promote trade and build ties with the business community. We will pool resources between members and the industry and form a force to strive for better business environment and communication channels in Hong Kong and the Mainland. Through closer economic and trade cooperation, we can help members enter the mainland market more ef ciently. Mutual help among businesses will contribute to a stronger economy.
Our association helps members to promote in different industries, including machinery, chemicals, metal products, toys, electrical appliances, lighting equipment, merchandise trade, biotechnology, logistics, paper products, printing , a number of different sectors of information technology, advertising and exhibition production, DNA Chips, watches, investment and development, environmental services, tourism, insurance, electroplating, medical clinics, accountants, lawyers and professionals. Through our membership and unity, we hope to establish friendly relationships with local and overseas Chamber of Commerce to enhance mutual exchanges and cooperations, so that we could work together to build a business platform to provide practical and effective services to small and medium enterprises in order to create and promote social prosperity and stability.
